Pei-Ti is an experienced researcher in synthetic and metabolic engineering, holding a master’s degree in Bioengineering from Imperial College London and a bachelor’s degree in Biological Science and Technology from National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University. During her studies, she earned several distinctions, including research awards and scholarships. With two years of professional experience across both academia and industry, she has contributed to diverse projects focused on the sustainable bioproduction of valuable chemicals, driven by a strong commitment to the industrial application of biotechnology. This passion inspired her to pursue a PhD in Energy, Environmental & Chemical Engineering at WashU. Beyond research, Pei-Ti enjoys singing, playing guitar, and engaging with music.
