The McDonnell Academy Flash Mentoring sessions provide virtual discussion open to all of our alumni and Scholars around the world to assist them on topics regarding career, leadership and personal goals.
Session format
1-2 virtual sessions per semester, one-hour length
- Introductions
- 15 minutes breakout room sessions, alumni mentors to rotate to at 3-4 rooms
- Concluding discussions and questions
