MD Program Applicants Opt-in Form

Instructions for MD Program applicants interested in the McDonnell Academy fellowship:

1. Submit the MD Program Application:
   • Ensure you have submitted your application for the WashU Medicine MD program. Only applicants who have completed and submitted their MD program application are eligible to apply for the fellowship.
2. Submit the McDonnell Academy Opt-In Form (below):
   • To express your interest in the McDonnell Academy fellowship, you must complete the opt-in form. This form is necessary for us to process your request to apply for the fellowship.
3. Application Verification:
   • After submitting the opt-in form, please allow up to 72 hours for our team to verify your MD program application submission.
4. Receive Application Link:
   • Once your MD application submission is verified, you will receive an email with a link to complete the McDonnell Academy fellowship application.
