Anwesha is a social worker with over 5 years of experience of working with and for survivors of gender-based violence and amplifying movements for equitable and just access to Sexual and Reproductive Health Rights. She has been in the leadership position at a community-based organization in India for the past 2.5 years, and has represented India at multiple youth-focused advocacy forums. Music plays an essential role in her life as well—she finds joy in singing and playing the ukulele, using melody as a creative outlet.

When it comes to travel, Anwesha advocates for the art of slow traveling, preferring to immerse herself fully in new cultures rather than rushing through destinations.
